Digital transformation can be scary, daunting and it can sometimes feel unattainable.
Property professionals have had to adapt even more than most in the last 18 months to cope with covid.
The response has been epic, and the realisation within the industry is that anything is achievable. The handcuffs are off and the race is on!
In a Nutshell
Since 2009 we have worked with business leaders and developed proptech to help change thway they work by removing manual processes, introducing automation and integration between systems and helping to give them a cutting-edge.
We aim to deliver exciting, next generation proptech solutions to solve problems for ambitious, forward-thinking companies.
A bit more...
Apex was formed in 2000 (before 'proptech' was a thing!) with a vision to shake up the way property companies were working (having worked as property professionals ourselves).
Today, we focus on 3D modelling including, building visualisation, design layout, digital twins; and mobile job management including process automation, job management, mobile data collection and reporting.
Our people come from diverse backgrounds. We understand property business operations inside out and have practical knowledge of software development and implementation. We believe this genuine insight makes us different and uniquely qualified to support your business.
We share a common desire to make the workplace environment fun. We believe life is about more than just work. Being family-friendly, compassionate and understanding is vital to our culture. It’s also why we support the North London Action for the Homeless, and through KIVA.
Can we help you?
We want to understand your frustrations and concerns so that together we can put a solution in place that means the full potential of your people and subsequently your business is realised.
We support KIVA by providing micro loans to small business in developing countries.
To date, we have made 632 loans across 7 countries totalling $103,775 since 2016. 90% of loans made have been to female entrepreneurs.
